We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, and offer in-house payment plans as well as financing through CareCredit. We also offer discounts for multiple family members in treatment and payment in full at the start of treatment.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We will be happy to help you process your insurance by supplying you with a superbill at time of service. Your insurance check will go directly to you and we ask that you pay at time of service. Of course, if a payment plan is necessary, we will arrange that in advance of your appointment. We are a provider for Delta Dental, Cidna DPPO and United Concordia Elite. Aetna, Horizon Blue Cross, Met Life, Guardian and United Health (out-of-network). We will be happy to submit major insurance “out- of- network” claims for payment once you have provided us with all necessary information and eligibility has been confirmed.
